A2P (Application-to-Person) phone registration is a required process that allows your CRM (First Life CRM) to send text messages to your clients compliantly through carriers like AT&T, and Verizon.
When setting up your phone system, you’ll complete a short registration that tells carriers who you are, what your business does, and how you’ll use messaging.

The phone system operates on a usage-based model, meaning you only pay for what you use. You purchase either a local number or a toll free number, and techincally you can have as many numbers as you like.
